Yup. White Star (Book #2) of the Epic of Palins will be out in April, 2009. Destiny's Star (Book #3) is sceduled for 2010.

"Will you write more Lara & Keir?"

This one is not easy to answer, but I am going to try. The answer is "I want to." But the reality is that publishing is a business. So the better answer is "I want to, but . . ."

Do I have ideas? Listen, those characters never stop talking to me. Try grocery shopping while mounted Plains warriors in full battle gear surround you, shouting about how the Warprize will destroy the Plains. Try driving down the road while Simus explains how he caused an uproar when he. . .

Nevermind. I am saving that one.

So the deal is that as soon as I know what I will be writing, I will let you know. And if you want more Lara and Keir (and Simus and Marcus and Prest and . . .) then let us know by posting a comment.

I've been getting quite a few emails, with lots of questions so I think maybe I should answer them.

So - the first question is: "Are the Chronicles of the Warlands and Dagger-Star set in the same world? At the same time?"

Yes. Xy and Palins and The Plains are all on the same world, just different kingdoms. As to whether they are at the same time . . .
